We have 30 spaces for touring caravan storage (see plan). The fee is payable six months in advance and is none refundable.
Terms and Conditions for Temporary Storage
Access Times
Even though the Caravan Park is open between 1 April and 31 October access to the storage area is by prior arrangement only. There is no access after dark at any time.
Site Conditions
There is an area set aside for caravan storage. Caravans cannot be stored anywhere else in the site.
Fees
Storage fees are payable six monthly in advance on 1 April and 1 October and are none refundable. Please ensure that your remittance reaches us by the due date.
Please notify us immediately of any change of address, vehicle registration number, or contact telephone number.
Safety and Care
All caravans are stored at the owners own risk and must be insured. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage however incurred.
All gas must be turned off, and not ignited under any circumstances. No naked flames are allowed in the storage area.
Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a leash (maximum 2m).
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult and kept under strict control at all times.
Caravan owners are required to keep their own caravans clean and tidy.
Chemical toilets and rubbish must be disposed of only at the proper places.
Any person found interfering with any caravan other that their own will be immediately barred from the site.
Whilst on site the speed limit of 5 mph must be observed at all times. Please do not speed on the approach tracks and use due consideration towards other track users.
Removal from site
When removing your caravan from the site please ensure that management is aware.
For safety and security reasons only owners may remove their caravans from the site unless seven days notice is received in writing including the current contact details of the owner.
Inclement Weather
Management cannot be held responsible if inclement weather precludes removal or return to storage. It is the owners responsibility to make suitable arrangements without causing more than minimal damage to the storage area. Local help may be available (a tractor) at reasonable cost.
None payment of fees
If payment for a stored caravan is not received by the due date we reserve the right to consider it to be abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with us and confirmed in writing. The unit may be sold and any outstanding fees recovered from the proceeds.
We reserve the right to amend these ‘Terms and Conditions’ without prior notice.
