For the enjoyment and safety of all customers

1.      The Rally Field will be made available to the Rally organizer from 1200 on the first day of the Rally and vacated by 1600 on the last.  Earlier arrival and later departure is possible by prior arrangement only.

2.      Caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents (including event shelters, small marquees and gazebos) are welcome.

3.      Rally Field users (except DofE leaders) do not have access to the wash block facilities.  DofE participants may use the toilets only, if no portaloo is sited in the Rally Field, leaders have full use of the washblock facilities.

4       Drinking water is available in the Rally Field and grey/foul water is to be emptied either in the designated disposal points on the main campsite or around the perimeter of the Rally Field, in the hedgerows.  Chemical toilet waste can only be emptied at the chemical toilet disposal point on the main campsite.

5.      Two electric hook up points are available on the Rally Field by request, generators may be used between 0800-2300.

6.      Rubbish must be taken home and not left, unless by prior arrangement.  The site must be litter free and tidy at all times.  If you smoke, you must not leave cigarette ends on the ground.

7.      Barbecues are permitted, but care must be taken to avoid damage to the grass, bricks and plywood squares are available on request.  Ash must not be deposited anywhere on the site.

8.      A strict 5 mph speed limit operates on site.

9.      Please respect our other campers peace, music/TVs/electronic games etc should not be audible outside the Rally Field.  Other campers on site should not be able to hear you after 2300.

10.    Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

11.    Dog owners must clean up any “accidents” on site.  Dogs must not be left unattended on the Rally Field and additionally on the main site dogs must be kept on a lead (less than 2m).

12.    If a caravan, motor home, campervan or tent is not removed from the Rally Field at the end of the hire period we will consider it to be abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with us.  The unit will be sold and any outstanding fees will be settled from the proceeds.

13.    Rally Field users are reminded that they are responsible for their property and use this site at their own risk.

14.    Please respect our conservation and wild flower meadow, the unmown areas, which have been set aside to encourage wildlife.  Mown pathways have been provided for viewing the meadow.

The owners reserve the right to amend these rules and conditions without prior notice.  Anyone not observing them or acting in any unreasonable manner will be asked to leave the park without refund.
