Practical Motorhome Testimonial

open quote

Off the beaten track is an understatement when describing the location of Summerlands Caravan Park. It's approached off-road along a 600-yard track and, upon arrival, you really do feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Despite this, it's actually only a 15-minute drive into the centre of Salisbury and a pleasant walk into the village of Coombe Bissett.

Surrounded by open farmland, the site is on a good-sized field that's quite open - make sure you have an awning if you prefer sitting in the shade or request to stay on one of the few pitches that are next to the hedge. There's plenty of space for children to play amongst the 20 pitches but a mown paddock is provided close by for football and noisy games, so as not to disturb other guest.

Walkers, cyclists and those bringing dogs are well catered for, with a network of footpaths and byways across the surrounding chalk downs.
